Gracefulbright offers educational programs on evening routines and sleep preparation. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines refund eligibility and procedures.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if:
- You have not started or accessed the program materials
- Your request is made within 14 calendar days of the purchase date
- You have not received direct consultation services or personal guidance
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Programs accessed or materials downloaded
- Consultation sessions completed or attended
- Personalized guidance or assessments provided
- Programs cancelled after the 14-day window
- Digital downloads or access once opened
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of purchase:

Include your name, purchase date, program name, and reason for requesting a refund.
5. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. You may see the credit on your account within this timeframe.
6. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds are not available. Programs are either fully refundable (if within the 14-day window and unused) or non-refundable.
7. Cancellation of Ongoing Programs
If you have an active ongoing program beyond the 14-day window, you may cancel future sessions. Payments for sessions already completed or scheduled are non-refundable.
8. Consultation Sessions
Scheduled consultation sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment time are forfeited.
9. Payment Disputes
If you believe you were incorrectly charged or have other payment concerns, contact us immediately at info@gracefulbright.world. We will investigate and resolve valid disputes.
10. Exceptions
Refund eligibility may be modified in cases of technical issues, system errors, or extraordinary circumstances. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
11. Consumer Rights
This policy does not limit your statutory rights under New Zealand consumer protection law. You have additional rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
